Mr. Neeraj Jain is well versed with the marketing theories and principles and he has enough courage to adopt the new challenging steps. The advertisement department works directly under the able guidance and policy framework of MD. The policies are further channalised through Gen Manager to Advt Manager, Astt. Manager(Advt), Marketing Manager and a team of 12 Officer (Sales) for strict compliance.
We have conceptualised the theme of FIXED RATE in the world of advertisement market. Now all our clients have clearly accepted our policy in principle. It is surprised to note that various other similar business corporates has appreciated our policies and adopted the same to some extent.

| 1. Full amount should be paid in advance through Cheque /D.D in favour of "Sea TV Network Ltd." payable at Agra and amount once paid is non refundable however if required can be adjusted against subsequent bookings. |
| 2. Advertisements making/preparation is the sole responsibility of the customer. |
| 3. Commercial Schedules are subject to change in case of live coverage & special events. |
| 4. Sponsorship Packages available on request. |
| 5. Sea TV Network Ltd. reserves the right to change the tariff without any prior notice. |
| 6. Request for correction shall not be entertained after telecast of the advertisement. |
| 7. All Disputes are subjected to Agra jurisdiction only. |
| 8. Display frequencies for all types of Advertisement:- Minimum 24 Times in a Slot of 24 Hrs. |
